I don't know about you , but seemingly EVERY TIME I call any business , from the local grocery store , to an international manufacturer of computers , TVs , clothing , toys , or ..........? You name it , .... I'm forced to deal with " Please listen carefully , as our options have changed . For this department press one , for that department press two , for another department press three " and so on , and so on , and so on . Has it occurred to ANYONE , that in this economy of dwindling jobs , that we need to go back to the "good old days " when the ONLY time you call a business and got an answering machine or recorded message , was if you called when that business was closed !
Put people on the phone please !!!!!!!
If you have comments , either good or bad about your own frustrations of the time you spend on the phone being NEEDLESSLY extended , by NOT having the OPTION of having your call answered by a living person , who asks you what you are calling about , and then transfers you to the person or department that will give you the information you NEED ! This is especially aggravating when your cell time is being eaten up while you wait !
Please be careful of the language of your comments , as I'm hoping this blog may be viewed by advertisers and site sponsors who will be receptive to the intent and content of this blog .
