WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

Many unemployed U.S. citizens COULD be here ,

but they are not  !

For many recent years , so called customer  service for American Companies has been sent to Other Countries where the call center workers are often completely untrained and are given pre written scripts that do NOT address the issues that customers really need to be solved. And sorry about the Political Incorrectness ,  but the plain unsweetened TRUTH is , that these workers are not only unskilled in ( technical support ) topics , but cant speak English well enough to be clearly understood by the person seeking help.  How many times are your issues passed from supervisor , to supervisor , to supervisor , before you actually get a clearly understandable solution to your problem ?

How many times have you heard THIS ?

Its especially frustrating if you don't have access to a land line phone , and you are burning up minutes on hold , using a cell phone.

Not only a fitting treatment for rude aggressive telemarketers , but also for companies who add to the unemployment in this country , by replacing thousands of Americans with machines , and offshore customer service contractors,............Don't you think ? ? ?

If you need a job , LEAVE THE COUNTRY !

I wont go into exact detail of the level of incompetence I have encountered , but this company that was started in THIS country many years ago before the civil war , has shipped many customer service caller jobs OVERSEAS , while MANY citizens of the United States are struggling to exist in a steadily DECREASING job market , that is NOT helped by politicians who get elected by taxing businesses into either closing completely or sending jobs OUT OF THE COUNTRY , in order to bribe votes ! Now this is NOT the ONLY company who has done this , but its just one example of many companies who have been forced to do this ! And while I do NOT hold these companies BLAMELESS , I DO strongly recommend that that all state and national government officials be voted OUT if office if they don't take responsibility for THEIR part in causing our current job crisis and stop the vote bribery that STARTED ALL THIS !

I don't know about you , but seemingly EVERY TIME I call any business , from the local grocery store , to an international manufacturer of computers , TVs , clothing , toys , or ..........? You name it , .... I'm forced to deal with " Please listen carefully , as our options have changed . For this department press one , for that department press two , for another department press three " and so on , and so on , and so on . Has it occurred to ANYONE , that in this economy of dwindling jobs , that we need to go back to the "good old days " when the ONLY time you call a business and got an answering machine or recorded message , was if you called when that business was closed !
Put people on the phone please !!!!!!!
If you have comments , either good or bad about your own frustrations of the time you spend on the phone being NEEDLESSLY extended , by NOT having the OPTION of having your call answered by a living person , who asks you what you are calling about , and then transfers you to the person or department that will give you the information you NEED ! This is especially aggravating when your cell time is being eaten up while you wait !
